About
We believe technical expertise can be a force for good and help the built environment restore ecosystems, strengthen communities and build a fairer society.
Our Mission
Regenerative Works was founded by Chartered Environmentalist Philip Isaac and Sinead Conneely, a passionate advocate for people‑focused, equitable design.
Our mission is to re‑imagine the role of the built environment, transforming it from a net user of resources into an engine of planetary and social renewal. We champion buildings and infrastructure that restore biodiversity, sequester carbon, share value fairly, and leave communities measurably better off than before.

Our Approach
We combine deep technical expertise with whole‑system thinking to help teams navigate the complexity of regenerative development. Collaboration and radical transparency are at the heart of our process.
We craft bespoke strategies - whether that means calculating whole‑life carbon, mapping material reuse pathways, or embedding circular and zero‑waste principles - integrating regenerative thinking from day one.
Three Studios, One Mission
Regenerative Works sits alongside Simple Works and Scale Rule in a tight-knit collective of practices that all point to the same goal: a built environment that gives back more than it takes.

Simple Works is a purpose-driven structural-engineering practice best known for its creative and collaborative design approach and its low-carbon and timber expertise.

Regenerative Works designs and delivers regenerative strategies to create a positive impact on ecosystems and local value in the built environment, including zero waste and circular principles.

Scale Rule is a volunteer-led community interest company that works with young people through workshops and pop-up builds to spark curiosity and engagement in the built environment.
